The first stage is to identify the areas to be planted and to determine the new front line in case there is a clear retreat from the front line
The operation is done in most cases, without the need to completely shave the hair
The shaving is partial in the donor area in the form of a small rectangle behind the head (after the completion of the operation this part can be covered with the remaining hair) and then the process of extracting the follicles from the donor area begins through the micromotor. This procedure requires about 3 hours after the extraction is complete

The operation is performed under local anaesthesia in the place of the extraction and cultivation
